For Consultations at the Surgery
We ask that you pay the whole account on the day of service . For consultations at the Surgery that are paid for at the time of service the maximum out of pocket cost will generally not exceed $22.00 except for After Hours, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Medical Procedures
Generally procedures are billed at the M.B.S. Schedule fee, although procedures of increased length or complexity may be charged at a higher rate. Please feel free to discuss this with your doctor if you have any questions. This fee may also apply to patients who would otherwise be bulkbilled.

Bulkbilling
The Medicare rebate will not support the quality of care you have come to expect.
All children's under 16 will be bulk billed, this includes evenings and weekends.
Pensioners and concession card holders will be bulk billed on weekdays before 5:00pm.

Bulkbilling is not available at all after 5:00pm (children excepted)  and is not necessarily available for procedures.
On weekends and public holidays only pension card holders and children are bulk billed.

Workcover
For Workcover matters you should be aware that you are responsible for the account until your employer has agreed to pay your medical fees. Usually you will have to pay the account and claim the cost back from your employer. Once your claim has been accepted by a workcover insurer we will generally bill the insurer directly.
